RAFFI JEWELLERS ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

Our commitment to client satisfaction is delivered through ensuring that our clients have an enjoyable experience shopping online with Raffi Jewellers. Delivery is only available within Canada, and we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.

Should you wish to exchange a purchased item, we would be happy to exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Purchases made online can be exchanged within a seven (7) day period from the date of dispatch or collection; and in original, unmarked packaging. Only one (1) exchange can be made within the seven (7) days exchange policy. Products that have been altered, sized, engraved, or personalized cannot be exchanged. If the product is not in fully resalable condition, Raffi Jewellers will reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

If eligible for exchange,  a Prepaid Shipping Label will be sent to you. If you wish to exchange the online purchase in person, please contact us at 416-789-2334 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) or email info@raffijewellers.com. Raffi Jewellers client service team would be delighted to provide you with assistance.  

Raffi Jewellers uses the industry standard SSL encryption protocol that protects personal information. While you are shopping online, if you suspect any fraudulent activity, please contact your financial institution.

Affirm Financing
Affirm Financing is a limited-time offer and cannot be applied to past purchases. Please note Affirm Financing is available online for specific Tudor watches only. It is important to note that this is a  limited-time offer of 0% APR. and is subject to change without prior notice.

If your Affirm Finance application is declined, please be aware that we are unable to provide any further information about this decision. If you have any questions, please contact the Affirm team via their website.

TUDOR watches
Tudor watches purchased online can only be exchanged at Raffi Jewellers Yorkdale location. Tudor watches can only be purchased and delivered within Canada.
