Raffi Jewellers is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Showroom Host to join our team. Proud to be an Authorized Retailer and Jeweller in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we are renowned for our expertise, exceptional client service, and enduring relationships. As we continue to exceed expectations for generations, our team is expanding to enhance the client journey.

As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your ability to connect, communicate, and ensure client needs are met with the highest level of care will be instrumental in creating memorable interactions. This role is vital in optimizing client satisfaction and contributing to our brand’s reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the first impression of Raffi Jewellers by actively welcoming, engaging, and assisting clients while embodying our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
• Respond to digital, phone, and in-person inquiries about products and services with professionalism and efficiency.
• Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or seated comfortably.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments for sales consultations and aftercare services.
• Collaborate with sales, administrative, and service teams to meet individual and team performance objectives.
• Foster an environment where clients feel valued and cared for, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support showroom operations and team success.

What We’re Looking For:
• A client-focused professional with a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
• Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college diploma in front desk operations, hospitality, or a related field (an asset).
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
