About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Watchmaker to join our team. As an integral part of our Rolex Accredited After-Sale Service Department, the Watchmaker will ensure each client receives the highest level of care and service. This position requires technical expertise, precision, and strong communication skills to maintain our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Ensure that the Rolex After-Sales Service workshop continually meets brand requirements and client expectations.
• Perform quality control processes to ensure watches meet performance and functionality standards.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status of jobs, including estimates, repair/service recommendations, and timelines.
• Manage and maintain client leads for watch repairs and servicing.
• Support sales professionals when required, enhancing the client experience.
• Work closely with management and staff to uphold quality control standards.
• Order materials and parts as required, ensuring proper assessment of repairs and services needed.
• Provide training and development to staff and fellow watchmakers on technical aspects and functionality, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Actively engage with clients and staff, upholding Raffi Jewellers’ customer excellence philosophy.
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous development programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• A recognized qualification in watchmaking (e.g., equivalent to a Swiss “CFC Horloger praticien”) or successful completion of Rolex certification tests.
• Strong theoretical watchmaking knowledge and expertise in Rolex products.
• Excellent motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in emails, online portals, and tracking tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong critical-thinking, time-management, and communication skills.
• Verbal and written fluency in English.
