Le Brassus is where Blancpain’s prize watches first see the light, so it is natural that this hamlet in the Joux Valley should have given its name to a collectiLe Brassus is the birthplace of the exceptional Blancpain timepieces, and it was thus only natural that this hamlet in the Vallée de Joux should have given its name to a collection uniting the brand’s most ingenious models and reflecting the expertise and innovative strength cultivated within the Manufacture.
Its main sources of inspiration stem from the iconic series of Six Masterpieces, and especially the 1735, all of which testify to Blancpain’s contribution to the renewal of mechanical watchmaking. Right from its conception, the Le Brassus collection featuring masterpieces, grand complications, discreet aesthetics and precious materials, has embodied values firmly rooted in our historical heritage.
In tune with this spirit, the collection is now being refocused on the Carrousel, the exceptional mechanism revived and updated by our Manufacture. The understated and effective aesthetic of the Le Brassus watches admirably highlights the inner beauty of their complex and refined movements. Innovative technological breakthroughs and traditional designs are thus combined over the years to give rise to timepieces epitomising the very pinnacle of the watchmaking art.
